Her choice of photographers was what sold the house. It was marketed superbly. Susan was at the closing with us and even offered the closing attorney hints. She also went the extra mile when we left our jackets in the coat closet and dog leashes in the kitchen. She packaged them up and sent the to us in our new home. We have moved to Florida and don't know if she is available should we ever move again, but if she is - then she will be our agent of choice.
